What to do if I broke my applicators?
Your Bee Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (support@mybeebalmco.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.

Overall this is in my favorites. I really like the lip scrub. Applying the balm after a good scrub makes the lips feel softer.
I like the flavor and it does scrub the dead skin away leaving my lips nice and smooth.
