Limited Edition flavors are made in small seasonal batches, which means once they are gone, they are gone, at least for now. Community love has brought favorites back before, so let us know which one you are missing.

We want every order to be exactly right. If something is not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unsealed items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Email support@mybeebalmco.com to get started.
Please do not sit with a damaged order. Send a photo and your order number to support@mybeebalmco.com and we will take care of it. For more on Returns/Refunds see our Refund Policy.
Bee Balm is not vegan. Honey, beeswax, and propolis are bee-derived and central to what makes the formula work.
Bee Balm is a cosmetic product, not a food. The ingredients are non-toxic in small amounts, but it is not intended for consumption.

Your Lip Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (support@mybeebalmco.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.
Since of April 2022, Bee Balm has been making donations towards the Planet Bee Foundation. A portion of profits are donated, which contribute to the education of students/youth nationwide on the importance of bees and their connection to the environment.
