Your Bee Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (support@mybeebalmco.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.

This product not only tastes good, but it feels good to exfoliate my lips and then moisturize them with the lip balm.

My lips love live love this product. My lips where uneven in color and smoothness after a week i notice the smooth texture come back and the color came back to it organic pink the liner of my lips are now back to its correct complexion and not overly dark!
The previous lip balm didn't work as well As this one. I love it!!!

I LOVE this lip balm! My friends did too! The sugar scrub is great for exfoliating the dead skin off my lips plus the mask is very moisturizing and my lips are so soft & kissable; not all dry and cracked or scaly. Im really glad I decided to purchase this. I highly recommend.
I love this scrub, the strawberry flavor is delicious and it makes my lips so soft. The lip mask is wonderful and really hydrates.

I love that the sugar scrub is like a balm as well. The lip mask is smooth and nourishing. I don’t like that the applicator is separate from the container. I have to keep them in the box because there’s no where to store them. I say that because when you buy the balm separately the applicator is stored inside the lid of the balm. It would’ve been convenient to have all of the products that way. Other than that minor dislike, I love the products and will purchase again and recommend to others.
I purchased these for Christmas as a gift to my daughter. She absolutely loves the product and says her lips haven’t felt this smooth and hydrated.
